Terms & Conditions

Enrollment

All new clients must submit and digitally sign the Terms & Conditions form prior to starting their first lesson. Sun Tot Swim Limited (the ‘Company’) offers lessons based on a term schedule, detailed in our annual calendar. To re-enroll for the next term, please confirm your enrollment two weeks prior to the current term ending (excluding half-term breaks). Enrollment is available year-round, however late term sign-ups will incur a CI$25 fee.

Payment Policy

Payment is made on a per term basis and is due 14 days prior to the term date starting. If payment is not made on time, your space will be forfeited for the new term ahead. Please note that the Company reserves the right to adjust fees as needed. Our preferred method of payment is online bank transfers through Butterfield Bank. Sun Tot Swim is listed in the "payee" drop down menu as, "Sun Tot Swim (Cayman) Limited". Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) information is also available upon request for Non-Butterfield Clients. We do not accept cash and checks may be deposited directly into our account at any Butterfield branch as a fallback option.

Non-Attendance Discount Credit Policy

Each full term client is entitled to one non-attendance discount credit, usable for any reason desired (including illness or Holidays). This discount credit is to be redeemed in the term immediately following. If you choose not to re-enroll, your discount credit will be forfeited. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in advance via WhatsApp message or email if you need to cancel. Lessons canceled by the instructor will either be rescheduled or conducted by an alternative instructor. If neither option is feasible, an additional discount credit will be applied to your account for use in the term immediately following. If you do not re-enroll, your discount credit will be forfeited.

Weather Policy

Lessons are held year-round on a rain-or-shine basis. During colder months, please wear suitable swimwear, such as a warm wetsuit. Lightning conditions are a no-swim scenario for safety reasons. Instructors monitor lightning storms and lessons may be shortened or cancelled as a result. Lessons shortened or cancelled by lightning will not be made up or issued discount credits. Unless notified by your instructor, always assume the lesson is proceeding as scheduled.

Sun Tot Swim will adhere to all Inclement Weather School Closures as implemented by the Ministry of Education by cancelling lessons to avoid driving in unsafe conditions. If lessons are canceled due to hurricanes, natural events, or road closures beyond the Company's control, they won't be rescheduled or receive a discount credit.

Pool Conditions

Before swimming lessons, make sure your pool is in good condition. We mandate a water temperature of at least 76℉, and the pH & chlorine levels should be appropriate. Any debris should be removed. If the instructor deems the pool unsuitable for teaching upon arrival or within 24 hours before the lesson, there will be no credit for the missed session.

Baby Swim Policy - (Up to 18 months)

Baby swimming lessons have specific requirements and the company recognizes this via our Baby Swim Policy. While a minimum pool temperature of 76°F is still used, additional accommodation for heavy rain will be granted by way of a discount-credit to be redeemed in the term immediately following. If you choose not to re-enroll, your discount credit will be forfeited. If a lesson has already reached its halfway point or beyond, it will be billed at the full rate without any credit. Instructors monitor lightning storms and lessons may be shortened or cancelled as a result. Lessons shortened or cancelled by lightning will not be made up or issued discount credits. Unless notified by your instructor, always assume the lesson is proceeding as scheduled.
