We know it can be daunting to navigate through signing up your little one for a term of swimming with a new swim school, so we've gathered frequently asked questions for your ease.   • Mobile swimming lessons are typically at your home pool, rather than at a fixed swim school location. If you don’t have access to a pool, we can find you a swim buddy who has a pool that is wanting a semi private or group lesson, and you’ll join them at their home pool.

  • Yes, for mobile swimming lessons, you would need access to a pool, whether it's your own, a condo pool, or a friend's or neighbor's pool with permission. Don’t have any of the above, no worries, we can find you a swim buddy to join at their location.

  • You can schedule a lesson by contacting us directly through our website, email, or phone. We'll coordinate with our instructors to find a time that suits your availability.

  • The lessons are typically once a week for the duration of the term dates.

  • Absolutely! All our instructors are certified and have a minimum of 5 years working as a qualified instructor to ensure they provide the best training. They also have background checks for added peace of mind.

  • We offer lessons for all age groups, from 3 month old babies, toddlers and children to adults. Our instructors are trained to tailor lessons to each age group's specific needs.

  • We suggest beginning lessons when your baby is around 3 months old, allowing ample time for a strong immune system to develop. Additionally, consulting with your pediatrician is always a good idea.

  • Each lesson is 30 minutes. We believe this is the optimal learning duration for small children to maintain good attention span and physical ability.

  • Payments are made on a per term basis and are due two weeks prior to the start of term.

    There are two ways to pay, either by using Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) or Butterfield online transfer (Sun Tot Swim is listed in the payee drop down menu as ‘Sun Tot Swim Ltd).

    We do not accept cash.

  • Typically, a term lasts for several weeks, often aligning with school terms (and holidays). The exact duration can vary, so it's best to check our specific term dates.

  • Yes, subject to availability, enrolment is open throughout the year and you can join mid-term. Fees will typically be prorated based on the remaining sessions.
